A hot summer's day, and we needed a quick meal and a cold pint. Both were available in a clean and welcoming environment. Efficient staff and delicious food.

A wonderful pub situated in Baltinglass great atmosphere between the two half’s of the pub, our server alannah was bubbly and bright addition, brought a strong Irish hospitality vibe which was the cherry on top for my Friends and I on our travel through Ireland.

Have to say a big thank you to Eamonn and his entire staff for last Sunday. We had a get together for around 45 people in the back room after our daughter’s christening and everyone was delighted with the food and service and also the B&B upstairs . All in all a great decision to host it there . Thanks again to everyone involved

Have been here lots of times so updating. No need as nothing has changed. Thank God. Still the same great service. Staff fantastic, great people skills. Menu brilliant. A goods sports bar as there was tv's on show events. Still haven't stayed but will sometime and still looking forward to that. If the breakfast is half as good as the other choices on the menu it will be georgeous. Always love our visit.

26/06/2025: Over the past few years myself and a few friends have been regulars in Germaines for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We dropped in last Sunday to be met with the usual good quality food and service. When we went to pay we found that the price had gone up from €12.50 to €16.50. While the menu still shows the price of breakfast as €12.50 the tea is now an additional €4.00. While I except that prices are going up, a jump of nearly 30% is a bit extreme.
