Really friendly staff, cool lobby and restaurant

We just celebrated a baby shower yesterday and had an amazing experience! The manager, Margaret, and her staff were absolutely fantastic - attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our special occasion. The brunch was also really delicious - highly recommend! The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was top-notch. We'll definitely be back! 🌟🍴"

Went to the restaurant for Sunday brunch in the sun labelled as an “experience”, staff attendance very lacking, with most seemed more interested in setting up a later than serving the very few tables that were in, we were served by approximately 4-5 different staff as opposed to one looking after a table. Was not checked on once, only to clear glasses and plates. Food was very good and decor always saves the day. Been here many times and I will be back, I just hope next time when there’s exactly 3 tables in the place and double the amount of staff, we can get more attentive service.

Very well-located hotel close to everything in the city center. We had a room with a double bed, as my father was traveling with us. I emailed a request to change the room, and it was granted without hesitation. XD A little disappointed that the receptionist isn't always available, but a number is available to contact them.

I booked House (the garden area) for my niece's baby shower and even before I got there I knew that we were going to be well looked after. Nicola's communication beforehand made me feel in good hands. The welcoming friendly faces, the service and the food were exceptional. 10/10. Can't recommend this place enough... maybe next time, I'll get to stay in the hotel.

Fantastic place music drinks dance

Tuve una experiencia fantástica en este restaurante. Las diferentes áreas dentro del recinto están bellamente diseñadas, cada una con su propio encanto. Éramos un grupo cenando en una de las habitaciones privadas, que era increíblemente cómodo, acogedor y decorado con buen gusto. El servicio de todo el personal fue excepcional - amable, atento y profesional. La comida era deliciosa, de alta calidad, y generosamente dividida. Además de eso, los precios eran muy razonables para lo que se obtiene. Ya había visitado este lugar antes solo para tomar algo por la tarde y siempre me gustó el ambiente, pero ahora puedo decir que también es una gran opción para almorzar o cenar. Sin duda un lugar a tener en cuenta – lo recomiendo encarecidamente!
