Il Fornaio in Dublin

Fantastic little Italian restaurant. Well appointed with the staff providing a warm, hospitable and genuine welcome. The menu is large enough to provide choice but small enough to show that it’s all freshly cooked/baked. The Diavola pizza I had was probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. I’d definitely return, thanks for a wonderful meal!

For those visiting Dublin and accustomed to good Portuguese food, this is a restaurant where you can eat better in the city, even if it's not Portuguese food.

The restaurant is run by an Italian family so the pizzas are very good. The price is reasonable, there were 4 of us and we paid about €60 having ordered dessert.

Such a cute spot! Went with a group to celebrate a birthday! Authentic delicious food and drinks, lovely friendly staff, very chilled and a nice place to watch the world go by, with friends or solo

By far the best and most underrated Italian restaurant in Dublin. Great services as well.

Nice little restaurant distant from the noisy city center. We were very welcomed by the staff. The waiter who was serving our table was very helpful with the menu, the order was served pretty quick. On a Wed evening the place was not too crowded and the music was not shouting inside so we managed to have a nice while waiting for our food. The pasta was just amazing. Prefect combination of spices and other ingredients. I just loved my Carbonara. I was craving for it that day and I got exactly what I wanted. However giving 4 stars for the service as there were small things I payed attention to which were a little bit upsetting (dried out droplets of water on glasses, and crumbs from previous customers on the coasters - something you can easily fix)

We visited this Italian restaurant in Ireland and immediately felt at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, the pizza fragrant and flavorful, and the dishes truly authentic. Special thanks to Giulia and Fernando, who with their smiles and attentive service looked after us throughout the evening, making us feel like guests and not just customers. A good restaurant and good pizza. We went twice while visiting Dublin. The place is small, so it's best to reserve a table, but both the furnishings and the choice of materials are thoughtful and tasteful. The service is excellent; there's always someone there who speaks Italian, which we appreciated. I recommend the pizza; the 4 formaggi is truly excellent. And if I say this as an Italian, you can trust me!

Très bonne expérience, restaurant calme et très agréable. Pizzas vraiment plaisantes et les tagliatelles excellentes. Personnel très sympathique et serviable discutant volontiers avec les clients. Nous étions 8 (dont 4 enfants) et c’est notre meilleure expérience sur Dublin. À recommander. Viva Italia ! :-)
