Il Fornaio Dawson Street in Dublin

I’ve been to Il Fornaio on Dawson Street a good few times now, and it’s always been brilliant. The food is consistently delicious, and the drinks are great too. The staff are what really make the place though—everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Fantastic service every time. Definitely one of my favourite spots in Dublin. Highly recommend!

The food was absolutely delicious, the pizza had a thick crust with a crunchy crust, paired with the tomato base and mozzarella was fantastic. Well worth to pop in.

Came here with a few friends for some spritzes and had such a great time. We were looked after by Anda, and she was honestly so lovely. She made us amazing spritzes, was really friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Great drinks, great atmosphere, and even better service.

Enjoyed lunch at this small restaurant. The portion was great, not too full to continue exploring museums. Everything was fresh and delicious.

The waiter was an amazing lady with kindness and care. We had a lovely time here with hot Italian chocolate and limoncello.

I’ve been coming to Il Fornaio Cafe every day on my break for quite a while now, and I can honestly say it’s the best coffee spot in town. The coffee is always excellent, made with care and consistently high quality. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge during a busy day. What really makes this place stand out is the service. A special mention goes to Anda, who is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She greets customers with a smile, creates a positive atmosphere, and makes everyone feel valued. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and she is a big reason why I keep coming back. If you’re looking for amazing coffee, a great atmosphere, and outstanding service, Il Fornaio Cafe is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Came across the place randomly while walking through the city! Is a true gem, the food was absolutely fantastic, fresh flavourful! The staff was very sweet and attentive, we especially liked Anda’s recommendations regarding the food!
