Il Forno in Drogheda

Would recommend, lovely food, had a steak and it was perfectly cooked, and delicious. Service was prompt and friendly staff.

Great Saturday afternoon bite to eat

Great taste, but we left feeling hungry. We went for lunch and found the pasta menu quite limited. The pasta itself is delicious and high quality, but the portions are very small, my husband’s order of cannelloni only came with two pieces and a miniature salad. Worth it for the flavor, but definitely needs improvement on portion sizes and lunch options.

Food was excellent but unfortunately the staff were not,3times we called out for service but were totally ignored,a customer nearer to the counter told staff we were looking for service also got up from the table ourselves to go to counter,we couldn't see any manager ,staff seemed to want to close up, at 930pm /945,we weren't offered desert/coffee so we left , unfortunately for staff we didn't leave a good tip bad service bad tips,this restaurant needs adult management to take control, Not a pleasant experience wont be returning ....

Food is great and the place is well connected. But what makes it a very good place to visit are the people working in this place. They are very accommodating and great with pets!

Service was good and friendly. My pizza wasnt bad at all. However, the rest of the food was less then stellar and overall the prices too high for the quality.

I was lucky to sat on the terrace on a sunny day. The pizza and desserts were good and the staff were nice.

Randomly just popped in. The place is spotless. Great decor and relaxed vibe. Fanastic little spot. Lasagna is spot on. Get the chips. Proper chips. Necessary addition for an Irish lasagna meal. Burger is huge. Pizza looked great, didn't try. Next time! Service was really sweet. All the ladies were really lovely and accomodating. We had a beautiful bday lunch for my Dad. Thanks a million for making his Day! ❤️

Fantastic spot in Drogheda , the guinness stew is exemplary.

We are regulars of Il Forno and we love it there! Such a cozy restaraunt. Food is always delicious and portions are generous. We have noticed prices increasing though but I do still think its worth it given the portions. In regards to service I want to specifically talk about last night we were there for my fiancés birthday and we were looked after by a young girl named Leah. I have to say she is an absolute star! She was so pleasant and polite and nothing felt like a big ask! We hope to see Leah again! I hope the management are very proud to have her on the team.
