Great hotel, they do a good breakfast and there Tapas menu is very good. For smoker's there is a smoking area on floor 1, just upstairs from the bar.

Had chicken wings here at the weekend possibly the worst wings I’ve ever had my 3 mates laughed when the seen them tiny wings bearly any meat on them and not 1 bit of flavour

Fairways Hotel Dundalk

10/06/2026: The staff throughout the hotel were lovely. The reception staff were very welcoming and those in the bar/restaurant were great to chat with. We stayed the night and the hotel is convenient for a visit to local Blackrock area, which was relaxing for a coffee and stroll. Motorways are also convenient for easy access to the road home. Thank you Patrick
02/04/2026: Have been before and it was fine. Had issues but also had praise. However at last, recent wedding, I got a hair in my food so I wasn't the happiest. I didn't complain as I understood it was big wedding n busy but so, not the best experience this time... But i mean others could have eaten n wouldn't even have known!
