Visited this stunning restaurant for the first time ever at the weekend, shameful I left it so long considering am only a few villages away. Firstly the moment we walked in the door you have the pizza stove to your left and the lads making cocktails and drinks and there is the nicest smiling lady greeting you and taking you to your table, the decor, service, food, atmosphere was just top class, a credit to them all. Just booked to come back.

We went for a meal with friends. and the place was nice The staff were friendly but slow with service, however it is felt that this is a tactic with the business. They were very quick to sell drinks! Every opportunity they got they were pushing drinks and it is felt that they were slow to take orders, and serve the food in order to capitalise on selling as much alcohol as possible. we waited quite a while for our order to be taken and then there was a long gap in between each course. Great at selling drinks though.

I loved this place. The food was delicious, service 10 out of 10, the atmosphere romantic- candles, moderated noise. I had a great time here with my boyfriend.

Visited on numerous occasions, this place cannot be beaten. Food is top quality, staff are fantastic, atmosphere is perfect and cleanliness is second to none. The beef cheek and prawn starter are out of the world! Can’t wait to come back

We reserved a table for dinner with family members who had travelled from abroad to visit. First time in the restaurant and would definitely go back for the friendly service and good food but the upstairs dining room urgently needs something done to solve the terrible acoustics. Good food, great service but halfway through our meal an animated group arrived at the table beside us. It was so noisy that we skipped dessert and coffee and had to cut the evening short. The upstairs dining room badly needs some measures to absorb the VERY loud echo and improve the acoustics- curtains, rugs, sound-absorbing wall panels, whatever.
