Inside Out in Slane

Cannot fault Inside Out in any respect. Don't live too far away but it was our first time visiting and we will be back. Duck wings were a taste sensation!

What can I say inside out dining has it all, excellent staff, food, atmosphere, could not fault it, they go above and beyond for their customers and just the perfect place we felt as a family for meals and birthdays and then I went with friends also for special occasions, their menu suits everyone and I have to say they really know their stuff as we have a friend that is gluten free and now she goes their too as they really understand the condition as some places say they are gluten free but end up that they are not but inside out really caters for my friend also with this condition which is a blessing I truly recommend inside out that's all I can say and everyone that I have brought to it family and relatives from abroad loved it and can't wait to visit again soon.

Lovely place. Food was great and service also. We had our food in great time but didn't feel rushed. We didn't have a reservation on a busy night but they found us a table. Menu was good also. Mocktail (passion fruit) was incredible. Will be back

Pizza is delicious the garlic dip was the best I’ve ever tasted and the duck wings are beautiful can’t wait to try again !

Boy you turn me, inside out, and, round and round

This restaurant is superb. We've visited many times and the food is consistently outstanding, matched only by the wonderfully warm, welcoming, and friendly staff. Each course is served promptly and piping hot. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Thanks to everyone involved both front of house and behind the scenes. Slane and its surrounding areas are lucky to have such a little gem on their doorstep.

Brilliant place to eat, simple. The quality of the food is tremendous with the pizza being some of the best I have tasted. The the quality of the food with the lovely atmosphere and and top service from excellent staff and it makes it an all round brilliant experience visiting here. I would highly recommend anyone to dine at Inside Out whether it be casual family dining or a special occasion.

Excellent food and service. Booked the large room for a 30th birthday dinner, we were medium-rowdy and the staff were great humoured about it. Food was excellent, espresso martini's were excellent, it was all brilliant.

Disappointing visit this time, arrived on time for 6:45pm booking 7 of us waited a good 20mins awkwardly in doorways for table to be ready. Seated in separate room upstairs with 2 other tables. I think this was a big part of our experience as the waitress while polite was servicing the 3 tables mostly on her own so in/out a lot of the time and no one else to ask for help when needed. Atmosphere not great in this room and extremely stuffy ( windows didn’t open). Ordered drinks, then told no ingredients for 2 cocktails and no Heineken so ordered alternatives. Took a good 15/20 mins for them to arrive was told bar was busy then 1 drink short had to remind again after another 10 mins as it still hadn’t arrived. No offer of water for the table. Again eventually got some. Starters came, 1 starter short eventually waitress was back in the room to let her know, the rest of us began eating as our food was getting cold. Last starter arrived as the rest of us finished. The food was excellent but the Plates cleared while last guest still eating! Mains arrived, Ordered another round of drinks short a vegetable side reminded waitress and asked for mustard eventually came when we were finished eating with the veg and a bowl of mushrooms instead of mustard (an easy mistake I suppose) anyhow food was great. But again took forever for the drinks to arrive we had finished eating and I ended up cancelling mine. We Didn’t opt for deserts as it was getting late at this stage and we were all hot in the small room. Overall food good but service hit/miss and would rather be in the main section of restaurant. This Room only suitable for private group or with more staff. Never asked once how everything was. No toilet paper in the double dispenser in the one working ladies at the start and end of our 2 1/2 hours there. Shame we were all disappointed considering the food is good *UPDATE* Following on from your reply to my review, I tried to contact you as requested. Called and left message then emailed, no response to both. Maybe there is also an in-house issue with your answering machine and website contact form.

Wonderful evening spent with friends. Would highly recommend the beef cheek. Great service & lovely atmosphere.
