This restaurant has a lot of great things going for it especially their staff and would love to make this a regular thing. Similar to other posts the food is too salted (or similar ingredient) & I like salt. The Daube dish was eloquently presented and every piece was eaten but all the hard work the kitchen had completed presenting was undone by the excessive sodium

Brilliant. Chicken was juicy, salad was fresh and that was the best dessert I've tried so far. The only thing I minded is that you literally get one sweet potato with your main dish.

Have been to this place a number of times, and it has normally been great, but if I had only been there for the first time tonight I wouldn't go back, it seems like it is loosing the standards, it had before (food and staff) but the cost is still quite expensive and not worth the food and experience we had tonight

Hi. So I want to give a review if a meal we had recently. Burger was dry overcooked and tasteless. Wife beef cheek was succulent but the sauce was way over salted and overthick. The garlic potatoes were mushy not crispy and the garlic wasn't cooked through. It was bitter. Overall we were disappointed with the food quality. The desert in plant pot had nice elements but it doesn't work as a dish as the ice cream turns to a milkshake in the pot. Nice idea poorly executed. We hope they take on board this feedback as its coming from a constructive place.

Had a lovely evening here last night with my parents and two kids. The food was fab, we had duck wings for starters, the kids had mini steak and pizza, we had the Portuguese chicken, the burger amd beef cheeks - all really decent sized portions and cooked perfectly! The kids loved it and my parents really enjoyed it too. A special shout out to our server Paulina, who was absolutely brilliant. So friendly, professional, attentive and just lovely throughout the evening. Honestly, she’s the main reason we wanted to leave a review — she was fantastic! We had a nice big round table upstairs, it was quite hot upstairs and more fans would have made it more comfortable in this heat, colouring pages and colours would have been a nice touch for the kids as they waited. The hew outdoor area looks great but it was raining so we couldn't enjoy it, but hopefully next time! We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again, especially to Paulina! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
