If youre visiting Sligo, head for a town centre walk along the river to Doorly Park, and make sure to visit Ripples (@Riverside Hotel) on the way over or back. They have a lovely varied, flavourful menu. Lots of access for Buggies, Wheelchairs and even park bike outside. Amazing outdoor space overlooking the river. Even though youre still in the town, it's so chill over there. Their ice creams and milkshakes are big kids (and adult) favourite also. Every staff member I've ever met there are so welcoming and helpful.
