Called in on the off chance of a lunch time half pint and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the barman was. Add to that the quality of the beer (draught Guinness) was excellent and the atmosphere in the bar was superb. Thank you all

Really lovely pint here and great location. Sadly no food on the day. Lovely spot to watch the world go by.

The Railway Bar

28/07/2026: Fine pub, excellent range of drinks.
24/07/2026: This is a beautiful pub close to Sligo railway station. It was early evening so the dinnertime rush was over and therefore very quiet. The place was very clean and tidy and the bar server was excellent. Great place to wait for your train. Would definitely return again.
