The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the visit. Even with the unusual heat today, the management and team made sure the café remained comfortable by carefully adjusting the air conditioning system to maintain a pleasant indoor temperature. This thoughtful attention to customer comfort is greatly appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent. A big thank you to the whole team!

Stopped in this evening, poor selection of gluten free products on offer. For a place that's jammed most of the time I was pretty disappointed with the furniture and paintwork. In the picture you can see the damaged paintwork, stains on the wall and the grime on the chair. To the owners, you might want to spring for some deep cleaning a few new chairs and some touch up on the paintwork. Overall the place is well but when you let one job slide then a other your left with coffee stains on the wall and that may become an issue that people may be less inclined to ignore when they pay for there treats i 2026.

Insomnia Coffee is the best place in Mallow. I want to go there all the time several times a week either to spend some time there or grab a drink to go. I’ve been doing that for a year and a half now, and I love this place so much. The staff are incredibly friendly and sweet — they don’t just make good coffee, they know who they’re making it for. They know their customers, and it feels so nice to come in and realize the barista already remembers what kind of coffee I drink. The atmosphere there is very cozy and homey. The service is always top-notch This is love
