The food was so good even when I was full I kept trying to eat. Our waiter Bishal made some great recommendations and looked after our every need. The other staff were great too always topping up our water and clearing our plates quickly. Can't wait to go back

Had a fantastic meal at Jaipur Dalkey—every dish was full of flavor and the staff made us feel right at home. The kebab platter to start was a real winner, perfectly cooked and well-spiced. Finished off with a chilled mango lassi and creamy kulfi, which hit the spot.

When we moved to Dalkey, we tried Jaipur within a week or two and have been eating from there regularly ever since, simply fantastic and will not be rivaled.

We had dinner here on Thursday, and it was amazing as usual! We are starting to believe it could be the best Indian food going in Dublin and the service is always so friendly and attentive. They also have a great early bird menu – definitely worth checking out for a fantastic deal! Michael and Gigi

I've been meaning to try Jaipur for years, but it took a friend visiting from Canada to get me in the door. I can't possibly do the food justice in a review but I will say that it was easily the best Indian food I've had in 15 years. I have found many restaurants in Montreal & Dublin a let down in the last decade with bland, flat sauces, low-quality ingredients, and the cardinal sin: tough bought-in naan. Jaipur is the opposite of this: every dish fragrant and balanced with exciting textures and elegant touches to elevate every part of your meal. The vegetarian selection is fabulous - our starters were exceptional & unique (photo attached of the menu description). The sag paneer was rich and luscious but also fresh and bright. My friend's meat thali was a feast for the eyes and the stomach. The wine list is very well-chosen and reasonable. We enjoyed a bottle of albarino from Uruguay. They also mix a mean margarita! The service makes Jaipur extra special; warm, genuine and old-fashioned in the best way - professional and elegant. I can't wait to take my family there as soon as possible and it will become a regular spot for special occasions. Thank you for such a lovely evening and a memorable meal!

Govindas

15/07/2025: I really like Govindas. The food is lovely, there is lots of it and it’s excellent value (which is almost non-existant in Dublin). For vegans and vegetarians, it stands out in my mind as the ONLY buffet-style restaurant in Dublin that makes this kind of food and prices it very reasonably. You can spend 10 to €15 here and come away having enjoyed your food and never feeling hungry. Even for people with a bigger appetite you can pay 2 or €3 more and get an even bigger plate of food and still be inside €15. They also have a very good selection of delicious vegetarian and vegan desserts and herbal teas etc. It’s quiet and relaxing and the staff is pleasant and friendly – a great place to chill, recharge and get a cheap, hearty vegetarian or vegan meal in the city centre. I wish the one on Aungier Street still existed. Thanks Govindas :) I love your vegan range but I’d be even happier to see more in it! Keep up the excellent work. I appreciate you!
12/07/2025: Some music in the background might work well. Food is incredible, vegan & vegetarian choices. Staff are all extremely welcoming. Various plate sizes for affordability. Deserts & tasty drink options. Take away also.
