Great pizza. Proper Italian fare margeuerita full of mozarella. Debbie pizza full of toppings with quality Gorgonzola cheese . Baked in real wood fired pizza oven. The best pizza place in lim/clare.

Great pizza. Far superior to anything I've had in Limerick city. Proper Neapolitan pizza with fluffy crust. I'll make JJ Ruddles a definite stop before flying in future

Pizza has potential. Tasty but was bit doughy. Service was ok. Polite young man but needs to be more attentive. Ambience is ok. It’s an airport. Seasoned fries are just fries with miles too much salt! I would go again to try another pizza.

Was seated by Owen our host and shown menu as one is celiac . Ordered Roast Beef which was served with gravy on the side . Tender meat and plenty vegs. Huge portions , hot and fresh with choice of potatoes and chips. Owen checked if all was ok and was most helpful.

I work at the airport as a cabin crew and when I can I always try to have lunch with their delicious pizza! Debora the pizza maker is fantastic, she has brought novelty to Ireland with her pizzas, a must try! Please try the Carbonara and Porchetta!

Great early preflight breakfast. We were so happy to discover that JJRuddles opened for breakfast at 5.30am. They have a quick counter service, but we took advantage of their table service. The full breakfast was so big that we opted for the six-item “mini” breakfast. It was delicious. They really know how to poach an egg to perfection. The staff were lovely and so friendly, though they were really busy. We were able to tuck our suitcases behind our chair, no problem . It was so good that we stopped in for the breakfast again on arrival back into Shannon at 8.30am. We got the same friendly service and high standard. Most importantly , for me, they were able to cater for my dairy-free diet. Anyone flying into Shannon would experience the best of Irish breakfasts and hospitality

10/08/2024: Coffee was good, you could buy icecreams in the shop of the back, the shop down the back was definetly overpriced
07/08/2024: We went there one evening, when we come back we know what to expect: 2 slates, one for pizzas and one for sandwiches. Everything is clear and if you sit down there are no surprises! The sandwiches were very good, the owner and the staff also recommend them!

07/01/2025: We stayed in the hotel and had dinner here. Food was good but there are some points to improve. After sitting us the hostess mentioned that for dinner there was a five course meal menu served, but when opening the menu we discovered that there was a 2 course meal option as well that was never mentioned. This was a more suitable option since we were stuffed from earlier lunch in Sally Gap. Also after checking the menu we realised that there were no vegetarian options. We had to request the vegetarian menu to the waiter that there were never mentioned before. Moreover, menu options could be broader. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient but there was a slight delay in our mains and nobody approached us. It was an ok experience but it didn’t meet our expectations for a five star’s restaurant hotel.
04/01/2025: Amazing experience! The food was fantastic and so was the service. Gorgeous space. Loved it! Super recommended!
