JJ Ruddles in

I was getting an early flight on the 15th so went to JJ Ruddles for Tea, my God the girl who served me at the front counter was so rude and clearly didn't want to be there, I will definitely avoid the cafe if I see her serving next time. thankfully the member of staff who gave me the Tea made up for it as did the guy who served me my breakfast and I'm pretty sure it was his first day.

We only ordered a hot chocolate and a latte, but both were not good. Nice presentation of the establishment, but drinks lacked flavor.

Definitely worth waiting to get to the airport for this

Amazing pizza and a beautiful, elegant restaurant just inside the Shannon Airport building. We’re now regulars because we love their special touch when it comes to preparing excellent food with top-quality ingredients. The pizza menu features some truly intriguing options made with the freshest, top-notch Italian ingredients. The dough is incredibly soft and light, while the toppings cater to every palate. For instance, try the Carbonara pizza, made with crispy guanciale (in Italy, Carbonara is only made with guanciale and never pancetta!) and pasteurized eggs. Or go for the crab pizza, where delicate crab is elevated by an intense touch of lemon and bisque. And what about the staff? Simply amazing! Debby is the best, with her beautiful and contagious smile, and she’s a master pizza chef. But the rest of the team is just as kind and attentive. We love this place, and you’re going to love it too!

The Pizza and the place in general is impressive... Probably the best Pizza in Clare and Limerick. Even more impressive was the warm welcoming, attentive, and flawless service we got a Gent who handeled my spoiled kids displeasure flawlessly. Defo will be back! To Visit this place if you are not flying- Park in the SHORT TERM Car Park, about €6 for two hours and Enjoy the best Pizza anywhere!

Great pizza. Far superior to anything I've had in Limerick city. Proper Neapolitan pizza with fluffy crust. I'll make JJ Ruddles a definite stop before flying in future

Great pizza. Proper Italian fare margeuerita full of mozarella. Debbie pizza full of toppings with quality Gorgonzola cheese . Baked in real wood fired pizza oven. The best pizza place in lim/clare.

Pizza has potential. Tasty but was bit doughy. Service was ok. Polite young man but needs to be more attentive. Ambience is ok. It’s an airport. Seasoned fries are just fries with miles too much salt! I would go again to try another pizza.

Food was good and fresh, service was very attentive and friendly, unfortunately it was also the only restaurant in the airport.
