Cracking traditional Irish boozer. Football and racing on TV. Looks, crannies and snugs to hide in. Great pint of Guinness, good atmosphere but food was superb. Some of the best wings, ribs and pizza I've had in pub in quite sometime. Good mix of ages, full of locals, very welcoming. Absolutely goung go again.

Lunch was nice when it came but the service is lacking. Literally left waiting 15 minutes before staff brought us a menu (and place had 2 other customers). Waitress seemed disinterested so that kind of put a dampener on things. Wouldn’t rush back.

Food and people are top notch. However, it would be nice if the staff didn't do their very best to avoid customers. 4 staff (including the manager), 8 customers this Sunday night, I just wish one of them could find it in them to ask me if I would like a refill, instead of being made to feel like I shouldn't be here. Doesn't happen when Aido or Shaggy are here

Plur wood-fired pizza (Clane)

17/09/2025: Nowhere comes close to the pizza here. Beautiful crust, amazing sauce and quick service. They’ve just gained a long term customer

06/09/2025: Nice cosy cafe with a homely atmosphere. I got tea which came on a nice tray with a cute milk pot and tea pot. I also got the pancakes with berries and cream which I forgot to photograph. They were nice but very chewy and I sadly had to ration my berries and cream, I would've liked double the berries and cream.
25/08/2025: I recently stopped by this cozy café and decided to try their turkey melt, an apple, and a flat white. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were wonderful, too. If you’re in the neighborhood, I definitely recommend checking it out. They offer a nice selection of pasta dishes, sandwiches, wraps, and plenty of tasty treats as well.
