Overall very pleased with this hotel and close proximity to downtown social events. Shower was relaxing, beds were comfortable, and room atmosphere was pleasant. Also wanted to especially call-out the front-desk rep Sean who made my birthday memorable. He took the time to not only create a birthday announcement in my room but provided a personalized note - very considerate!

We had a wonderful waiter Kims!! The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating! Our room wasn't ready, but they stored our bags so we could walk around! Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Kids loved the grassy area overlooking the river. Parking was simple and attached to the hotel for a minimal fee(stamp receipt at the front desk for discount). The male bartender when we first arrived was very kind!! The waiter we had for dinner was amazing!

We just love Leonardo hotel in Galway. My daughter enjoy a welcome dessert (chocolate brownie), diner spectacular. Daniel from the bar is a great server, Niki from reception is very professional and polite. Our rooms is great, breakfast lovely 😍.

Was here for a for 2 nights in galway The hotel was very happy there must say And did the cty tour on the Saturday would recommend it

We had a lovely stay here. You really couldn't get a better location so close to the city centre without the noise and crowds. Very comfortable bedrooms everything you could need. Staff very pleasant and friendly.

Spent two weeks in this hotel great friendly staff,great location rooms cosy. Definitely recommend to family and friends only thing wrong was bed was small so if your tall like me it's a problem but great hotel
