Flat white and latte were both delicious, but the real highlight of Kali is the congenial atmosphere that arises between the staff and patrons. Recommendations for other establishments (including other cafés) were shared by guests and the baristas themselves, with a healthy dose of banter included. I felt compelled to purchase a T-shirt, after which I was jokingly invited to hop over the counter and start pulling espresso shots.

23/10/2025: Fantastic restaurant - I was there on Sat night with a party of 8 - we really had a great time - the waitresses were French and warm and friendly, service was excellent, menu was simple, wine was recommended and lovely, food fantastic, guy playing the piano was lovely, atmosphere was upbeat and lively - and the value was remarkable - we regretted afterwards not leaving a bigger tip - sorry - such was our satisfaction with the night. Thank you Rouge for looking after us so well. we will be back.
