28/09/2023: Food is fabulous here. I can never fall it. It's always up to standard no matter what and my complements the the chef on that one. However, on the last few occasions, we have rang in an order for delivery and requested a specific time for delivery it has been ignored as delivery person has arrived early on a few occasions and we had to send the food back. The last time I ordered food over the phone the girl on the line hung up on me before I could give her a time and when I rang back she gave out to me over the phone for not telling her the time which was very unfair because I didn't do anything wrong. Last week we ordered food for delivery and again it arrived over an hour early than what my husband told them. I wasn't home at the time so he had to tell the driver to come back. Food was then late 2nd time around and when delivery person arrived with order I asked him to get the manager from the restaurant to ring us back to talk to them. He said he would relay the message but no one rang us back. The only saving grace for this restaurant is that the food is good. If you are taking an order over the phone from a customer you need to listen to what they are asking you. At this restaurant, the staff don't listen and it's disappointing.
