We had our family dinner (rehearsal dinner) at Kate Browne's the night before our wedding. The food is unreal!!! Everything we ordered was delicious. The service is fabulous with very friendly and efficient staff. The pub itself is quite big and we were given plenty of space to use so all the family could sit together. They had our table ready on time and we were able to have a fabulous evening with plenty of staff looking after us and no stress. Highly recommend!!!!
A beautiful place with a great ambiance. Burning fireplace and cute little seats built into the wooden wall. The menu is big, tons of great choices and the food is all amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly.

We went for a day-trip to Listowel and ended up being advised by a tour guide to make sure we stopped in Ardfert to try the food in Katie Brown's Pub.
Ardfert was the opposite direction to where we were staying, but the passion the man spoke with about the food made us realise he was a real foodie, so we travelled to try the food, and my goodness was it the right decision.
The building, the atmosphere, the staff and the food were all outstanding.
We very higly recommend a meal here. The food is cooked fresh, it's local and top quality, and the waiting times are just perfect between courses, so you have time to relax before the next plate.
The prices are very reasonable, we paid €80 for a 3 course meal for two of us, and you can mix and match between the daily specials and the a la carte menu. Great value for top-notch grub.
