Great bar all round. Very good on Thursday night for traditional music. The food is very good, first class.

Food is very good ,but the menu needs refreshing

VERY WARM FRIENDLY BAR FANTASTIC PEOPLE AND STAFF

We were greeted by Nathan the barman who has to be the most efficient guy in Limerick. He was everywhere at once with a smile. We had Pil Pil prawns (absolutely incredible), steak (perfect) and fish pie (exceeded expectations). A lovely meal and evening, and as always the right people make it. Nathan is amazing.

So my Dad and I strolled into this pub after deciding we wanted something more in our bellies to fuel our epic Ireland road trip after visiting King John's Castle. We certainly were not disappointed with the food or the friendly staff on a typical Irish day. We left warm and ready for the drive ahead for sure!

Food was amazing, service was amazing, bit of a tight squeeze.

A very classic Irish Pub serving various of local beer and liquor. Nice Ambiance and great place for gathering session. Food tastes good.

This was the third seafood chowder I have had in Ireland in the last week and this was the best by far. There is a nice atmosphere here and it was complemented by some wonderful traditional Irish music from the musicians.

This could be just another pub that happens to be well located, close to the entrance to King John's Castle. Actually, it was one of the nicest pubs we visited in Ireland. The atmosphere is just great. And the food is very good, fresh and tasty. We were warmly welcomed and quickly served at first. Later on, we were left on our own. But to be fair, the pub gets very busy and the staff is small. Just check on your guests once towards the end of their meal and all shall be perfect.
