Had a good time. Atmosphere was happy, friendly, and welcoming. Enjoyed the fish and chips and so did my wife. Service was excellent. I wish I would have asked her name(so I could include), because she was very friendly and ready to help if we needed something. Will be back.

Great serving size and delicious taste had the soup of the day vegetable and roast of the day Beef it was fabulous price was good atmosphere friendly neighborly a hidden little gem that tourists might walk by since not on the main drag highly recommended

Came here for our first pint in Ireland and we were not disappointed in the slightest! (It's true that Guinness tastes better in Ireland by the way!) Ordered the beef stew and it was delicious! Came back the next day and had the roast beef special. It wasn't up to the same standard unfortunately. Nonetheless, absolutely worth a visit.

Had lunch/brekkie there. Real Irish breakfast. Very local, friendly and fothcomming. Robert is really friendly. Came back later on for a late night with live music. It ended the Irish way.šŸ˜

Fantastic pub, short walk from our hotel. Locals made us feel very welcome, shaun our server was great, & friendly staff Food was absolutely gorgeous, we had sausage & mash and cottage pie. price is brilliant, try this friendly pub you won't be disappointed

15/11/2025: We ordered aioli, fried calamari for starters, diavola , fumĆ© and quadra-cheese pizzas and a bottle of tuscano red wine. And the pizza was really fresh and yum!! The service was truely very good. The staff was really nice, kind and understanding. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Loved the overall experience ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø
14/11/2025: Iā€™m a 102kg male that likes to eat a lot of food. If you want an honest review for a restaurant then please read this! The pizza was literally the most sentimental thing Iā€™ve ever put in my mouth! The pasta was the most succulent experience! And to top it off the tiramisu was something to cry about! Unreal dinner and Iā€™ll be back for sure!! Thank you to junita for exceptional service. I will be thinking about this meal for the rest of my life.

Herbert Park Hotel

13/11/2025: Excellent hotel well situated excellent food great staff.
12/11/2025: Our stay here was very nice. Our room (the studio suite viewing Herbert Park) was very nice and clean with kitchenette and laundry. The restaurant there was delicious and the staff was very accommodating when we asked for help or things. Our luggage had been lost and when the airline finally got it to the hotel it was waiting for us in our room when we returned from our day long excursion. And itā€™s pretty at Christmas. There are a few places to eat nearby but itā€™s a bit removed from the ā€œhappeningā€ part of Dublin so prepare to Uber to places like Temple Bar and such. Perhaps if it were warmer and we felt like walking more it would have been different.
