Great for families. Really child friendly and catered for kids. Very friendly staff and lovely hotel. Our 2nd visit. And we’d go again. Really does cater for children so perfect choice if you have young children. There’s even a soft play centre for toddlers.

We booked to stay here for 3 nights when our Center Parcs trip was cancelled and we could not have been looked after any better, we are a family of 4 (a 7 year old and 1 year old) and we had a great time! The manager Kevin goes above and beyond and made our trip really lovely, our daughter loved seeing him EVERYWHERE!! He must never stop! We had a family den in the amber suites and it was perfect, the sink plug was stuck in our bathroom meaning we couldn’t use the sink and they moved us without hesitation and came up to the room and helped us with all our things, the first night the play zone was closed but it says 8pm on the website and I had promised the kids a go after dinner, once again nothing was too much trouble…they apologised for the mix up and the play zone was opened straight away, our only complaint was the farina wasn’t open, otherwise I couldn’t fault a thing!

Secure parking. Friendly and efficient staff. I would describe it as VERY family-friendly. Not really suitable for a quiet getaway, but well-suited for families with you get children. A wide-variety of on-site restaurants and on Sundays there is a lovely church in one of the meeting rooms. All-in-all a good experience. The South African manager is really friendly and helpful, but maybe I am biased (being South African too). We will be back for another stay soon.

This hotel is a "gem" for families with children. We were there with our grandchildren who floated to bed at the end of the day due to exhaustion from ALL the amenities provided by the hotel. From the pool to the bird exhibition go-carting crazy golf it was non stop. This hotel also caters for adults but for me the Spa was some treat. Beautiful place and excellent attentive staff. As well as the children I can't wait for my return visit.

Super venue for kids and parents alike.

A magical experience for youngsters. We recently enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay with 3 generations of our family. Our 2 year old granddaughter had THE most wonderful time. We found the facilities SO very well set-up. For the adults, we found the rooms really good, beds most comfortable and Breakfast was a superb, well-sticked Buffet. The staff at Amber Springs, each and every one, is exceptionally helpful and responded to any query or request that we had with great good humour and promptness. Full marls upon the facilities for children of all ages. The indoor play facilities were a great hit and of a high quality, with attention to safety. We were very taken by the terrific cinema, although our small person is as yet too small. Great pool too. All the adults in our party enjoyed availing of your excellent Spa too. Cocoon Spa is fantastic, a beautiful ambience, we were each able to partake of a Treatment ( or more!) while ensuring the young parents had " time out". We would rate the Therapists highly. Went to Amber Springs for a birthday lunch and the food was gorgeous. There was a great playground outdoors for kids and indoor soft play area. There was even archery and some farm animals on site which were a big hit.
