Amazing place for families. Lots of activities for little one. 3 restaurants inside the hotel. Very nice rooms.Very close to train station.

One of the most amazing family hotels I ever stayed in. We went for my birthday and also to enjoy family time at the beginning of the Easter holidays. There is so much to do in this hotel, The food was beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. All the staff are very customer focused they cannot do enough for you. My boys had the best time ever. The Easter train was fantastic. The sensory room is a must-see very relaxing and accommodating of all needs of children and even adults. The only upset on this weekend was when a noise compliant was made against my room it kind of ruined the whole weekend over other peoples closed mindset in a family orientated hotel as amazing as this one. But don't let the one small negative review get you second guessing off this hotel because it is an experience of a lifetime and the memories made for me and my family I will hold forever. I cannot wait to return 😊. Ava the receptionist is phenomenal at her position within this hotel and Abbey is fantastic at her position within this hotel the management should be so proud of their staff 😊

Everything from start to finish we couldn’t fault . Beautiful spacious room great leisure facilities. The food was second to none. We have stayed in a lot of hotels however the food in the Amber Springs hotel was the best absolutely delicious. We were on a golden years break and usually the hotels use a cheaper version of their menu but not the amber springs . Any of the dishes that we had whether is was fish or their delicious beef or vegetarian was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A big thank you Amber Springs and we will look forward to our next visit 😄😄😄😄

Great for families. Really child friendly and catered for kids. Very friendly staff and lovely hotel. Our 2nd visit. And we’d go again. Really does cater for children so perfect choice if you have young children. There’s even a soft play centre for toddlers.

We booked to stay here for 3 nights when our Center Parcs trip was cancelled and we could not have been looked after any better, we are a family of 4 (a 7 year old and 1 year old) and we had a great time! The manager Kevin goes above and beyond and made our trip really lovely, our daughter loved seeing him EVERYWHERE!! He must never stop! We had a family den in the amber suites and it was perfect, the sink plug was stuck in our bathroom meaning we couldn’t use the sink and they moved us without hesitation and came up to the room and helped us with all our things, the first night the play zone was closed but it says 8pm on the website and I had promised the kids a go after dinner, once again nothing was too much trouble…they apologised for the mix up and the play zone was opened straight away, our only complaint was the farina wasn’t open, otherwise I couldn’t fault a thing!

Secure parking. Friendly and efficient staff. I would describe it as VERY family-friendly. Not really suitable for a quiet getaway, but well-suited for families with you get children. A wide-variety of on-site restaurants and on Sundays there is a lovely church in one of the meeting rooms. All-in-all a good experience. The South African manager is really friendly and helpful, but maybe I am biased (being South African too). We will be back for another stay soon.
