We had a fabulous weekend in the Amber Springs. The staff are all so helpful. We are a family with 2 kids 5 & 2 and it really is brilliant for families. There's so much to keep the children entertained between the pool, soft play centre and Amber Park. There's a great choice of family friendly restaurants and the food was very good

Facilities here are amazing but the price of food and drink is ridiculous. €4.25 for a cup of tea from the cafe. Just no need for it

Fantastic hotel, catering for families and children. Kids had a great time on jungle gym, playground, go karts, cinema, at the activity rooms and pizza party with the wonderful ladies keeping an eye on everyone. Also at the sensory room, on the train ride, at all of the restaurants and swimming each morning! Everyone had a blast and the staff were very helpful.

Great family friendly hotel. Service and food were lovely. Kids loved the bunk beds and loved the racing cars pity there isn't a pass you can add on to your package for that. Would prefer nutella/choc nut spread with pancake rather than choc sauce. Pool was great and well supervised too. Thanks so much for a great holiday

The facilities at this hotel for kids are brilliant. There’s a vast amount of things to do and the extras like golfing or the karts are very very reasonably priced. The food in both the main bar and Farina could not be faulted 10/10.
My only complaint would be that we booked the family getaway package which consisted of 3 nights, bed & breakfast and 2 evening meals, brilliant value for money however, from the beginning this was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids with one included (aged 0-12) and we paid extra for another child (aged 4-12) When we arrived we were told it would cost us extra for 2 kids of these ages as it was on their system as 1 child and 1 infant, when I showed my booking confirmation with 2 adults and 2 kids this was corrected. We then proceeded to the room where there was only 1 double bed and 1 single bed. I rang to reception to query this and I was told because of the package that was booked this was the room - again, on the booking confirmation it stated “Three night's accommodation in your preferred room to suit your needs” I didn’t see how this suited our needs but a camp bed was offered and not to be difficult we agreed. The camp bed was disgraceful to say the least that my two kids, girl and boy aged 7&11 had to share a single bed. Very disappointing as if the room had of been suitable this was a fantastic hotel.
