Excellent hotel with kids, v busy off peak (we went Sunday to Wednesday) so imagine it's packed at peak times. Great facilities for the kids although some are only on weekends which is a shame. Great location for everything you might want to see. It was wet when we were there and often you're hanging around hotels but so much to do at amber springs rain or shine. Great swimming pool divided in to 3 areas so room for kids and swimmers.

Great spot for kids and parents. The kids loved the kids club. They've slides outside where you can supervise your kids while you eat dinner outside from the burger restaurant and wood fired pizza restaurant Wexford lavender farm is great too so recommend you visit it. Its 15 minutes drive away. The kids loved the pool. Id recommend they made a separate sauna area for adults to use away from the pool Also steam room and sauna were very dark

Had our wedding in this gorgeous place and ended up spending another 3 days just because of how wonderful the staff and the area were. Cannot recommend it enough.

It was expensive and having to book your meal before you even get there is off putting as you won't get the restaurant you want otherwise

I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel with my 8 year old grandson. The accommodation was good. The service on the other hand was far from good. The staff were young and clearly not trained in how to serve and how to smile at us customers who were keeping them in a job! My brother and his wife and my sister stayed for a night also and we were disappointed on the night we had dinner together to have a waitress who was rude and didn't know how to set a table and how to place a bottle of wine and glasses on the table. 3 of us adults had battered fish and chips and when asked for vinegar we were told they were out of vinegar! The young person we asked didn't even bother to go to the other tables to look. When I mentioned it to the 'manager' I was told she had noted it and would speak to the person involved. Because I had booked half board we were entitled to breakfast on the morning we were departing. I asked for a refund the day before as we would be checking out at 06:00 but was informed that it was not possible but could have a packed breakfast. Unbelievably they provided a paper cup and lid with drinking hole with orange juice for my grandson and put it in the paper bag with the croissant and roll. Had I not noticed it would have spilled over the breakfast etc. This is common sense never mind hotel training! On one particular night we sat down at 7.30pm for dinner and had to ask 3 times for my Grandson's dessert which eventually turned up at 8:45pm. Unfortunately, the feeling I had was a sense of not really caring and would therefore not stay again although the amenities were great for an 8 year old and for me but good service and a smile would go a long way!!

Amazing hotel for families, highly recommend, plenty to do with the kids. Pool is a good size and warm!!!
