24/03/2026: Highly recommended! The food was incredibly delicious, the chicken from "Mother Chucker" was perfectly cooked! The sweet potato fries were also fantastic. The service was friendly and attentive. The music was pleasantly quiet in the background, so it wasn't bothersome.

12/12/2025: We went here for our anniversary and we plan on trying the entire menu! Everything was great, the burgers and chips were customised for us and WOW! The service was stellar, a better atmosphere than many beer gardens. Friendly dog stopped by. We really enjoyed our visit, thank you 😃

22/02/2026: Had a gorgeous meal here last night with family. I had goats cheese for starter and monkfish for my main. Both were absolutely beautiful. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. Welcoming, friendly, very helpful, and make a great Baileys coffee. Highly recommend La Côte.

16/02/2026: I had a fantastic experience at La Côte. The food was excellent — the portions might look small at first, but they’re incredibly flavourful and surprisingly filling. I ordered a side of potato gratin with my main, and although it arrived just 3–5 minutes late, the team handled it brilliantly. They didn’t charge me for it, and even offered complimentary desserts on the house. That level of care really shows how much they value their customers and respect their time. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming throughout the meal. If you’re a seafood lover, I’d highly recommend this restaurant. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish.

15/03/2026: I visited Crust Pizza in Wexford Town with a friend I hadn’t seen in four and a half years. We arrived on a Friday evening at around 7:30 p.m. After we entered, we stood by the door for several minutes before being acknowledged. Once seated, we waited 30 minutes just to get menus. Around us, five tables had been seated simultaneously, and four of them were served almost immediately. We waited another half hour before any drinks arrived. After that, it took another 45 minutes almost an hour and a half total before anyone took our food order. Every table around us had their meals already delivered, and we were left ignored. I’m 23, my friend 21, and I don’t know if we were overlooked due to our age. As someone with hospitality experience, I know staffing shortages happen, but waiting nearly an hour and a half without any service is unacceptable. My friend was about to walk out, and I was completely embarrassed. When I calmly raised this with the person I believe was the manager, the dismissive reaction spoke volumes. Beyond the service, we also tried the pizza, which they advertised as high quality, homemade, and fresh from the oven. In reality, it was no better than a frozen pizza. The sauce was bland, the crust was burnt, and the overall quality was mediocre at best. After all that, I would not return.

01/04/2026: Best pub in Ireland! Atmosphere, music, and craic a plenty. You can bring outside (takeaway) food in and dogs are welcome too. 🙌

29/03/2026: Finally visited here when I was in Ireland as I know it was one of my dads favourite pubs. It was special to visit and I can see why, full of character and charm and very warm and inviting. Service, beer, music, all great.

05/04/2026: We just stumbled upon this pub and it was the best decision ever! The food was amazing, and the staff were super friendly. We only waited about 5 minutes for a table, but they gave us drinks right away and we were seated before we knew it. I'd totally recommend this place over and over again!

22/12/2025: Absolutely fantastic food had the turkey Christmas special sandwich and gravy. I can honestly say its one the best things I have ever eaten and the service was fabulous aswell. I would recommend wholeheartedly.
