The Rollin Bean in Wexford

04/09/2026: Genuinely one of the best Indian meals I’ve had anywhere in Ireland. Everything from start to finish was outstanding. The food was packed with flavour, beautifully cooked, and tasted incredibly fresh. Every dish felt properly made rather than just being another standard Indian takeaway or restaurant meal. The balance of spices was spot on. Rich, full of flavour, and absolutely delicious without anything overpowering the dish. The service was excellent too. Friendly, welcoming and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I’ve eaten in plenty of Indian restaurants around Ireland over the years, and Copper Chimney in Wexford genuinely stands out. I wasn’t expecting to walk out saying I’d just had one of the nicest Indian meals I’ve ever had in the country, but here we are. If you’re in Wexford and like Indian food, put this place on your list. I’ll absolutely be back. Easy 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
