Both myself and my wife were recommended this restaurant and it didn't disappoint the staff were very welcoming, and the food was out of this world the starters were just the right amount of food they left a nice gap between courses, the mains were amazing to the point if I could have licked my plate I would have but the naan bread did a great job cleaning it, I also went with the waiters recommendation for dessert and that too was amazing everything was well presented and hot and the flavours were on point so yummy can not wait to go back

My partner and I went for a meal here. We had starters and main course. Both agreed it was the nicest meal we had eaten for a long time. Everything was perfect. He had Thai and I had Indian both excellent. We will definitely be going back.

(Late review but wanted to share this experience) It was around 9:30 PM and most restaurants had stopped taking customers. We called Copper Chimney and even though their kitchen was closing as it was one of the quoeter evenings, they kindly accomodated us knowing we wouldn't find elsewhere at that hour. The food was tasty (we order Vindaloo) and the ambience is good too. Thanks Shreeja and Jack! (hope I remembered the names right!)

What a find! I can not think of a better curry that I have eaten and I've had a few great ones. The Vindaloo was incredible and cooked to my taste. I would recommend it to anyone who is eating out in Wexford. The ambience was modern and chilled along with the friendly yet professional service. It's the first time I have been told to relax by a waiter after finishing my meal! Well done Copper Chimney.

Had a delicious meal tonight in Copper Chimney, from the Thai menu we had chicken Phad Thai & from the Indian section we had their speciality fish curry both dishes were delicious accompanied by a great bottle of Italian Pino Grigio. Very reasonably priced & friendly service

Tried veg as well as non-veg, both had average quantities. The food was tasty but the menu was limited. The desert was very tasty, I tried the Mumbai Eton mess which I would say is a must try. Vegetarians be careful as it has egg whites. Felt a bit over-priced as we had come all the way from Dublin.

27/02/2024: Fiona is the most wonderful soul and our time with her at the pub has become a highlight of our trip. We walked in with my joy to try what we've heard from locals to be "the best pint of Guinness in the city" and were warmly welcomed by Fiona. Immediately she took care of us and we saw how she provided great info to a lady who was looking for a bite and gave recommendations and offered her knowledge for her need. She created a beautiful atmosphere with the folks there, making us feel welcome and cared for. It was at this time, that my girlfriend really wanted to stay because she was charmed by Fiona, her heart, and sweet energy. I can safely say this truly was the best pint of Guinness I've ever had through my time in the US and our journey in Ireland thus far. But more than that, Fiona represents the kind of people we always hope to meet in our travels. Her hospitality, charm, and kindness represents the heart of this place and the heart of our travels to this wonderful country.
15/01/2024: We visited this place just before New Years while on a trip to Wexford. The Tavern was very fancy and clean, athmosphere was as good as expected, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We both had steaks, which were delicious, from the sides to the main everything was perfect!
