16/06/2025: The best coffee shop in town. From the horsebox in Tagoat to the current premises. Always made to feel welcome and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommend.

29/05/2025: Bartender Eddy became our friend in five seconds! Bar Undertaker/ Con Makens ( husband day care centre ) is a typical local pub with a good feeling, all sorts of good feelings, nice and warm atmosphere. I highly recommend to take a stop, have a pint or more. It is located by the Bullring Marked in Wexford. Pub of the year 2024 in Irland.

31/05/2025: Before exploring Wexford town we just dropped Trimmers Lane cafe, and our experience couldn't have been better! The service was excellent, and the food was incredibly fresh and tasty. We tried several seafood dishes, all of which were delicious. If you're looking for a great meal with fantastic service in a welcoming atmosphere, This is the place to go.

04/05/2025: This is my go to for breakfast. Lovely varied quality breakfast menu with lots of options to suit all tastes. Lovely layed out restaurant with friendly helpful staff especially the owner Dympna who always gives us great attentive service. Definitely the best breakfast in town a lovely area of the town.

04/07/2025: A brilliant night of traditional music by excellent musicians and singers. Even the barman sang a solo that brought the pub to a standstill while he was still pouring pints.

16/06/2025: I went here on a Thursday evening with a group of about 8 from work. The pub is small and very very busy. There was a ballad session on, the atmosphere was brilliant and the Guinness was even better. We thoroughly enjoyed the night.

28/05/2025: Very beautiful, I think it could be varied, a very beautiful place with a view of the sea, I asked to move to the window and they met me halfway even though there was a reservation, it costs a lot. The toilet is on the first floor or I did not understand where. Overall, for me it is 8/10, the panorama hid all the shortcomings and the cocktail was tastier than anywhere else, I really liked it, a special point for this. I don’t think I will go often, but if with a group, it will be great, I think that the menu needs to be redone for such a place, it is too simple, but the prices are much cheaper, which surprised me

09/06/2025: We stopped at Jasper’s during a day trip to Wexford and had such a lovely experience. They offer a full vegan menu, which is why we chose it, but it was the staff that truly made it special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating — we had our dog with us, so we sat outside, and they absolutely spoiled us. I had the risotto, my partner had the vegan steak, and the brownie with sorbet for dessert — everything was delicious, but the brownie was next level. We left feeling so well taken care of. Highly recommend for both the food and the warm hospitality!

09/06/2025: Went to jaspers with my partner for bday dinner, main course fish of the day was lovely but unfortunately starter(seafood with chorizo) was really over salted and couldn’t eat it at all, so had to send it back so and cocktail Passion Fruit martini wasn’t right, no passion fruit puree some pink lemonade instead garnished with lime instead of passion fruit, far from original recipe, was disappointed with, but waiter was very polite and noted that I’m not enjoying and replaced the drink, what really destroyed my experience in jaspers was their chef Santos who started mocking me when we were leaving, making faces and saying “Me no likey “ Me no likey”, that’s unacceptable I wouldn’t hire so unprofessional staff. Will never come back, so and had ruined bday dinner.

10/04/2025: My third time in Wexford but my first visit to The Pike Bar. It came as a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Fantastic welcome, great atmosphere and spotlessly clean. I'm a Guinness drinker and I have to say, one of the best pints I've had in Ireland with "Schtick" all the way down the glass. The Barman was fab and knew exactly how to pour a superb pint of creamy Guinness. Will definitely be back and probably my new favourite pub in Wexford...... Hats off to you lads!!!

29/03/2025: Ahhhh Trevor Ducey, one of the best barmen/owners I have ever come across. You will never go wrong by dropping into The Pike for a pint and an interesting conversation with Trev. Genuine nice guy that puts his punters first.
