Red Elephant in Wexford

Passed this restaurant many times on my daily travels,finally got a chance to have a late lunch on a weekday.Well worth checking out.Service was good and not overbearing.Food was excellent and tasty.Arriving quite quick.

A lovely restaurant with good air and fabulous service, my mother in law, my daughter and I have had a good night today. The actress tonight is very kind and helpful:) will be back next time when we visit Wexford again:)

Delicious food and extremely friendly service.

Food poor. Service ok. Won't be rushing back... also cold. Not many in restaurant...could hear every word conversation next table...better food options nearby.

This is a great venue in the waterfront in Wexford. Novel decoration with cherry blossom vines up the wall and over the ceiling. Comfortable seating. Friendly service and excellent food. Short walk from the National Opera House. Ideal for pre-show dinner.

I stopped in because I read some really positive reviews from professional food critics and heard they have won a few awards in the past. They definitely didn’t disappoint and have a really nice selection. Workers were attentive and helpful.

Visited The Red Elephant with a group of 4 and had a good experience overall. Helpful and thankful staff—we called only 30 minutes in advance and they were helpful enough to squeeze us in despite being busy! The Highlights: Halal Options: The staff confirmed the chicken and beef are halal, which was fantastic to hear. Pho Bo: This was the star of the show. The stir-fry beef with soupy noodles was incredibly delicious and flavorful. Starters: The chicken wings and the Thai chilli prawns were excellent—highly recommend these! The Critiques: The satay was unfortunately a bit disappointing and didn't quite hit the mark for us. The Prawn Pad Thai was a little bland, which was surprising given the great reviews, but still edible.

Delighted to return to the Red Elephant . Great location on Wexford's quay front. Great menu selection with an emphasis on oriental. Our 4th visit to this restaurant and never disappointed . Tasty food, friendly service and all at a reasonable price.
