I always pop into The Pike for a few pints when in Wexford. The manager/owner is always in great form and gives you a proper welcome. Their Guinness & Heineken are delish. The pub is pokey with lots of nooks and cranies to sit and enjoy a pint and a chat. It's a perfect 1st or last pub, if you fancy a pub crawl around Wexford. Definitely worth a visit.

Great local pub in Wexford town, extremely friendly owner and locals. Had great banter about Limerick Hurling and Ryder Cup, owner looking for tickets! Pints of Guinness and Coors were top class. Decor is amazing, old signs etc. Very clean and comfortable. One of my top ten pubs in Ireland!

Jasper's at Crown Quarter

03/10/2026: We were very lucky to get a cancellation booking here on Friday evening. From start to finish the food was delicious We got the selection of starters and desserts, and a main course which we all went for hake. The waiter at our table was so nice and friendly and nothing was to much trouble for him. They had a great selection of gluten-free options. When we went into the restaurant first they were booked out however the manager came after us as we walked away from restaurant to say that she had just received a cancellation, we got a lovely table and the atmosphere was really good. Highly recommend this restaurant not only for the food but also the service.
27/09/2026: Great food with so much choice for folks with dietary requirements like myself. It's not very often when I have so many dishes to choose from! The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful too.
