16/09/2025: We had a fabulous weekend in the Amber Springs. The staff are all so helpful. We are a family with 2 kids 5 & 2 and it really is brilliant for families. There's so much to keep the children entertained between the pool, soft play centre and Amber Park. There's a great choice of family friendly restaurants and the food was very good

Food far superior to any asian takeaway in Wexford town in my opinion.Has won several awards as best World food restaurant in Leinster. A gem of a restaurant in the Town. We'll worth five stars. Service quick and friendly.

23/10/2025: I love this little Cafe. It’s great for a really good cup of coffee. Especially if you need a fast takeaway. The food is away fresh it’s sandwich’s, rolls and bagels they are made to order, and the staff seem to have a handle on the ever changing taste trends. The girls that work there are full of fun and there are a couple of older lady’s that hold it all together. The first time I had coffee and food there I could not believe the reasonable prices. Love it x

01/10/2025: Very nice cafe with an outside area upstairs. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food, coffee, and cakes tastes great and is always prepared to a great standard. The high level of service has not changed over the years I have been going. One thing I have noticed though is that some newer staff are not trained properly on some of the drinks as a couple of times I have tried ordering something different and the girl would just stare at me until I ordered a coffee, to which she obliged. Besides that it is a great place.

16/11/2025: Fantastic pub and the team behind the bar with a good mix of youth and experience especially when me And my partner were in and a young man behind the bar with glasses was very helpful and considering we weren't from wexford he advised and served with a smile and their food yard is to die for

28/09/2025: Great, beautiful course. Lovely to play. As a member though, it’s a competition course; comps every single day which makes it’s all but useless for many months of the year if you just want to play casual rounds as it’s so backed up or just difficult to book. I won’t renew my membership due to the difficulty dings playing slots but I’ll play the course occasionally. Staff a nice. Great facilities.

28/09/2025: The prodigal returned after forty years away.Played at Wexford as a youth. Unfortunately I didn't have time to play.It has developed into a fine golf course with a modern club...one any member should be pleased to be associated. Good panoramic views of course from the club house. Enjoy!!.. Wexford golfers and those of other fields.

08/11/2025: Horrible food, Horribe customer service. Everything is Horrible, the restaurant is not very clean. It’s just not what it used to be. The meat is tough & the nan bread taste’s like the one from Aldi. The curry is very pale & bland compared to before & I got more chicken in the 4in1 for the fleadgh than I did in the full portion weeks later. Very small amount of meat. Very oily sauce, the tomato based sauces are sour and bland, just not good. I kept trying to like this place but every time I was disappointed. Luckily there is many many great places to eat in Wexford, This is not one. Owner is very rude & the decor could do with some renovations but I never see anyone in there so that’s probably why. Luckily they have the better Holy Grail’s in enniscorthy & baldaggin to keep them afloat

19/08/2025: We had one great night at the fleadh in this pub. However, on hhe second night we complained about the quality of the pints ( a new keg had been opened). We asked for new pints, which we were given. Then the barman tried to charge us for both sets of pints. We argued about the quality of our drink with the person in charge to no avail and unfortunately we left the pub feeling very unsatisfied. I just felt it was very bad customer service.

12/08/2025: Managed to squeeze in for two sessions during the Fleadh. Absolutely magic, amazing talent on both days. Unfailingly polite security staff. Good cold beer. Highly recommended.

30/10/2025: Delivery is a joke over an hour waiting.

28/10/2025: Tuesday night 6pm, Spice took my online order with payment with delivery fee. After the payment went through the order got cancelled, money not refunded and nobody answering the phone. Don't take money if you can't fulfill orders or answer your phone.

11/09/2024: **addendum** Like the owner says (and must have complained to remove my legitimate review, which was admittedly some time ago, so perhaps they've changed), the type of reimagined Mexican food you get in the states isn't authentic, nor does it claim to be, but when you're getting massive portions at a truck stop a couple hundred miles from Mexico, cooked by 3 generations of Mexican women, and eaten by Mexican truckers, you can be pretty sure the stuff is decent. Plus, you're 99% of the time going to get even more flavorful dishes in the origin country, and good US-Mex is already incredibly tasty, while I just couldn't say the same for what we had here. So while the owner may well be serving authentic Mexican dishes with pomegranate bits, it's just not something I'd go back for, and again, certainly not at this price and more so keeping in mind that Mexico is far from a rich nation with expensive dishes with a pretentious flair. All the same, I wish them the best and hope other patrons do enjoy their food. **/addendum** It was okay. Not 'authentic', based on my growing up in the US (Tex-Mex, Cali-Mex), so perhaps there are parts of Mexico that have food like this, but I kinda doubt it. It's more Mexican reimagined. Even considering tax and tip, I can get much better fare in the States pretty much anywhere. Service is fine, ambience is good, food presentation is good, and it's the first place I've ever been where there's more guacamole than chips, which is odd, though not 6 Euro odd. While the freshly deep-fried chips are better than out-of-the-bag ones you'd get in most places, I'd rather they be made of corn tortillas instead of flour. Crispy beef tacos look nice, however, they lack punch or depth of flavor, almost as if it had no seasoning, not even salt. This is surprising, given the amount of queso that should be in there. The side of sauce tastes basically like beef drippings and doesn't really add much, either. The fried chicken is vastly different. Again, not a Mex dish I'm familiar with, but it was tasty, with cumin (?) and chilli peppers in the batter. Cheesecake looked better than it tasted. Neither creamy nor dense, it was more like dehydrated curds or something. Passion fruit sauce was nice, but like most everything else, the bulk of the item just wasn't rich. As for the Moonlight Margarita, the big cube of ice is a fancy touch, but it's the first margarita I've ever had that's served with no salt on the rim and a dried lime slice instead of fresh. 3 stars if the price was better.

21/11/2025: Had such a great food experience at Thomas Moore with friends last Saturday! The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and the food was absolutely delicious. Ruth served our table and she was so lovely – so friendly, attentive, and really made the whole experience even better. Would highly recommend! 🙌✨
