26/02/2024: I have kind of mixed feelings about this place and the service. First, when we arrived and got at the table, the waiter came to us and really quickly rattled the specials menu, which we couldn't even remember. Guests at other tables were the same, a bit confused. You'd think management would invest a little bit into descent specials menu printed on paper. The food was OK, overcooked soggy veg. Ordered aperol spritz, which didn't even taste near to what it was supposed to be... water and a bit of prosecco, slightly coloured with a minimum of aperol. This is aperol spritz lads: 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, and 1 part soda water over ice, then finish with a slice of orange. Not what you are serving there. The two staff members laugh out loud, around guests...not very professional. The restroom was filthy. Don't understand the service charge included in the bill???? Should ask the guests first before billing it.

20/02/2024: Walked around the gallery then decided to have a bite to eat. Too early for lunch so shared a quiche and foccacia sandwich which was nice. Lovely decor in the restaurant and the shop and deli is packed with delicious things. Very unique place.

19/12/2023: Stumbled upon this gem of a pub on Saturday evening, not obvious from the outside but once inside there is a great atmosphere and on the night I was there a singer and guitarist were playing traditional Irish songs and more. So glad I found this place and definitely will be back. Excellent pint of Guinness aswell.

01/04/2024: Great McDonald's. Super drive through with double lanes. The restaurant is also nice and the toilets are clean. Parking is free and there's plenty of free spots usually.

01/02/2024: Firstly I have to say the staff were polite and the Waldorf salad was nice. I rarely go here because of the look and atmosphere of the place, also the food isn't good, it's basic, bland fare. Coffee is ok. The place looks like it's stuck in the '80s. It's also dark, gloomy and therefore depressing. I had a Cornish pasty the last time and it was bland mush inside. Like baby food, without any flavour or seasoning. The whole place could do with an overhaul.

31/01/2024: Service is ok. Coffee good but occasionally warm rather than hot. Food basic and expensive for what you get. It's a great coffee and snack stop. However the biggest issue is lack of staff resulting in the place being very dirty. Even when being the 1st customer of the day I've found rubbish under chairs/tables. Crumbs that haven't been swept up, sticky tables and what's with the stains on furniture 🤔. The place is tired and appears unhygienic. It's a shame as the place has potential. Please employ more staff and clean up. Would recommend but only after the standard of hygiene improves. Wonder what the kitchen is like 🤔😬

05/04/2024: From the lady that took my order over the phone to the man that delivered my food, I genuinely cannot complain, the food is exceptional as are the staff,everything was 100%,I can highly recommend roma takeaway

31/03/2024: Would’ve loved to have tried the Guinness but the angry barman refused us as one man was dressed as the Easter Bunny. He said we wouldn’t get served anywhere (which wasn’t true - everyone else seemed to love us). I assume he doesn’t own the place as the bar was completely empty.
