Burger Mac in Wexford

very good service and very delicious hamburgers taste like they used to at McDonald's at least they serve it warm.

As a traveler through Europe, a fast-food owner, and a consumer of all kinds of food, I can say with regret that I was disappointed by this place. The fries are not fried properly: either they are left out in the air for too long before being fried, or the oil and frying temperature are not right. I recommend making the fries thinner and increasing the temperature. The burgers have no taste, the meat is unseasoned, and it seems to be a mix of several types of meat. Please season the meat before frying it. The sauces are very sour; if you add pickles, the sauces must absolutely be sweet or medium-sweet. The look of the place needs to change, as the floor tiles and colors give off a vibe of poverty and look uninviting. I recommend a black and white pattern for the floor, and furniture in old-school shades: brown, white, pale gray, nude, etc. The staff is okay, but there is a short, slim girl, very pleasant and neat in appearance, who impressed me. She took orders at the register, cleaned the tables, served people at their tables, changed the cleaning liquids, took out the trash, cleared the trays, and mopped the floor—all at almost the same time, with excellent timing and speed. I forgot her name, but I can say that this girl is a very good employee, and I would hire her 100% for a better position. She seems like the type of girl who, even in a management role, would do the ground-level work alongside her subordinates.

I felt that the food was quite underwhelming personally for the price I’d paid for it, with the chips especially being very dry, and I felt as if they were almost without taste in a way. And the chicken strips I’d ordered were simply just okay. Staff was very friendly and polite and it was rather quiet and the place was decently clean as well.

I ordered food again from burgermac tonight for delivery, my food was excellent as was the person that took my order order over the phone. A new delivery service person that i have to say it an asset to burgermac. Mickey Beaver is a pleasure to deal with, its so nice to have someone call to ur door with a smile on their face

A nice burger establishment. Friendly and helpful staff regarding the menu. Tables upstairs were spotless and the food was good.

Honestly I went in today and the staff were all lovely. The atmosphere was quiet but I suppose I did go very early on Tuesday. Food cooked fresh to order and actually filling for fast food. Will definitely be back.
