The servers were very helpful and understanding with our various requests, as some of the dishes weren't to our liking! Thank you to them. The only downside was the order taking process, which was a bit slow... but otherwise, it was very good. I recommend it.

We dined here recently for the first time. Our meal was excellent, the best Indian food we’ve had in a long time. The menu has lots of variety and is reasonably priced.

Food is incredible every time but they consistently tell you your food will be ready in 15 to 20 mins and it is always at least 40 to 50 mins. Also they never charge you meal deal prices unless you specifically ask for it.

The first time to eat in this establishment. I got a table straight away when I came in. All the food was great although I should have ordered the rice instead of the chips as they were to crispy for my sensitive teeth. The medium jalfrezi was just about right for me. The staff were very pleasant.

Excellent Indian food. Best lamb curry I have had in a very long time. 4 of us for dinner at The Holy Grail. Everyone was raving about the quality of the food. The service and atmosphere added to the great experience. Highly recommended.

20/08/2026: SEE EDIT BELOW ; EDIT; Change from 1 star to 4. The ignorant people have been fired/quit. All current staff is lovely! :) ---------------- Original review; Food is great , just a pity the staff are the most ignorant and rude people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Me and many people I know will not go there just because of the staff. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere that aren't ignorant. There is one girl who usually is on the till that gave us a dog bowl with water when we had our dogs who was LOVELY. I hope she goes somewhere that she doesn't have to work with people like the rest.
