Trimmers Lane Cafe in Wexford

We went there in the afternoon, when pancakes weren't served anymore, unfortunately, so we opted for chowder. And what a chowder it was. It's made to order, so you have to wait a bit, but the portion is huge, full of fish, and served with soda bread. Highly recommended.

Great food (though for our non-Irish tastes, the Caesar dressing needs considerably more lemon juice and garlic).

This is a really good cafe with very good service. 4 of us went. 2 got pancakes and bacon and 2 of us got the mini breakfast. Really good food, rashers on the pancakes might be a small bit too crispy. Portions were good. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a delicious lunch at Trimmer’s Lane today..chicken Caesar salad and Seafood Chowder with homemade brown bread..freshly prepared food, friendly staff, relaxing vibe, great coffee, housekeeping is very good. Highly recommend TLC

A small café serving quality lunches. The salads are beautifully presented, the dressings are well-balanced and evenly distributed, and the toppings are generous. The service is excellent, and the welcome is warm. I recommend the black pudding and crispy bacon salad and the goat cheese salad presented like a crème brûlée! The pastries are superb; the cookie is enormous! Very reasonable prices. Paid parking (€2 per hour) is available nearby. For a good, satisfying meal, I highly recommend it.

Excellent place, exquisite food made with locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is pleasant, beautiful, well-decorated, quiet, and clean—they make you feel right at home. I would return to Ireland and Waterford just for such a wonderful time at this restaurant. Thank you so much.
