Lovely food piping hot great service

Absolutely delicious. Myself and my father went in around 12.10 in the day and it was very quiet but they had only opened at 12 so very understandable. great selection on the menu. i ordered the cajun burger and when i say id travel the 2 hours back to get it i would! Absolutely delicious and sooo fresh!!! my father ordered the goujons and chips and they were also 10/10 . we were served by a lovely young lady with dark hair and braces( i didnt get her name) but she was such a good server and great craic! living near dublin their pricing was excellent , no overpriced hipster junk just good restaurant food that is hard to come by these days. from visiting birr i would recommended here as a top spot for food! 10/10

Hands down this is one of the most welcoming, endearing pubs I have walked into! From the moment we opened the door, everyone was so friendly, the staff and locals made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere was second to none! The food was absolutely delicious! One of the locals and the landlord were having a sing along and everyone joined in. We were so sad to leave but we just happened to find this wonderful pub as we were passing. We are already looking into staying in Birr next time just so we can spend longer in this wonderful pub. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! visiting!

Fantastic food and atmosphere. Visiting for the first time will definitely be going back on our next visit to Ireland.

This spot is great for dinner after visiting Birr Castle. Service with a smile and second to none. Very central and easy to find.

Right craic. Pub was packed because of the music but service was still quick and staff friendly.

Birr Co Offaly. We were hungry after a day exploring Birr Castles Demense. We found Kelly's Bar only 130m from the Castle Entrance. Lovely bar serving amazingly good pub grub. Four different meals, Fish & Chips, Beef Burger & Chips, Goujons & Chips and Cajun Chicken Burger & Chips, Strawberry Cheesecake & Sticky Toffee Pudding were all fabulous (the chips are particularly tasty). Great service from the girls working and classic rock playing in the background
