Lovely service and staff and food

was in Birr for nieces wedding what a lovely pub lovely people from locals to every member of staff and the owners were first class thank you very much

We stopped in after a long walk around the castle. We were already hungry and wanted to try something new. The food was 50/50. The Atlantic Prawn Cocktail in a Homemade Marie Rose Sauce is not recommended. The steak sandwich on ciabatta bread with onions and mushrooms, served with chips, was delicious. We waited over 30 minutes for our order.

Was in Birr on holiday with my two sisters and decided we'd get something to eat here, lovely food, everything was cooked freshly, the young girl waiting our table was cheerful and kind. The decor was very interesting 🤔 but overall a very nice place to eat and reasonably priced.

Great place, lovely food. The boss = cook came out to have a chat, what a great guy. We felt really welcome!

Kellys is your classic Irish Bar experience without the Temple Bar prices or annoying tourists. Catherine is an absolute gem, the food is fantastic, and the location in the lovely town of Birr is a wonderful experience all around.

The best, most delicious duck in orange sauce. It's heavenly 💪💪💪 I highly recommend it 😊 it's really worth visiting 🥰

The owner's father made us feel right at home. A very gracious host who made sure we had the best seat to each the music and regaled us with stories. The session musicians were incredible especially the rendition of the song about the cop in New York.

Love the vibe and the staff are so cute. The foods fabs too 🌞

We walked in with our 2 little dogs trying to get a place outside unfortunately they were taken up. The owner offered us to sit inside and even asked if we wanted the music to be turned and all the staff kept offering water bowls to the doggos. Food was amazing and my partner said it was one of the nicest steak sandwich he had. Definitely recommend!
