Lovely place! One of the best espresso in Athlone!

I had a wonderful experience at this café. The breakfast was very tasty, but what really made the visit special was the staff. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. Even though my English is not perfect, one of the staff members explained the menu to me very clearly and patiently, which I truly appreciated. Her effort and kindness made me feel very comfortable. Great service and atmosphere – I would definitely come back!

The atmosphere was fine. Quiet and busy at times. I got an omellette, which was tasty & filling. The other customers seemed to be eating full irish breakfast, which looked good too. My friend, however, had poached eggs, which came as it was in the picture on a slice of brown bread with toast on the side. Instead of the toast it would have been nicer had the poached eggs come with Avocado and tomatoes which most cafes provide but for this one she would have had to pay an extra €2 on top of the €9.50 she was paying for that which seemed abit steep. No menu, order at the counter.

Lovely bright space with excellent menu. The food is made fresh to order, delicious homemade scones. Excellent full Irish breakfast with homemade brown bread. The staff are attentive and efficient and very welcoming.

Came here with my little one for a bite to eat . We loved it and would defo recommend for anyone who is looking for something light quick and tasty . We got the house special sambo and sausage roll. Was lovely.
