Very good fish in the fish and chips, very well cooked fish and very thin and crispy breading. The fish soup is very well seasoned with aromatic herbs. Pleasant service.

A week's holiday in Ballyconneelly and we ate at Keogh's twice. The first time, it was a truly delicious pizza with goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, sweet red onion, and arugula or spinach. The second time, both times, the same pizza. And the same dessert: warm rhubarb tart with warm custard. DIVINE!!! Highly recommended!!

Excellent food. Dessert was Almond and strawberry tart which was very good. All the other dishes our party had was equally as good.

We ate twice at this restaurant during our stay and we never regretted it. All the staff are friendly, from the waiters and waitresses to the guy who brought us the dishes from the kitchen. Everyone made sure we didn't need anything. Maybe it's an example of typical Irish kindness, but I'm used to much worse in my country. I don't know if it was due to the need to eat anything green, but the side salad was fantastic and the main dishes, from the classic Fish & Chips to the salmon (daily special), were delicious. I can't recommend this place enough if you are in the area, and not only because it is one of the few restaurants, but because you can rest assured you have a nice experience.

Great food, best soup and fish and chips by the coast. I do have to deduct one point though. Some drinks are quite expensive — a ginger beer for 10 euros. For this reason, drink prices should definitely be listed on the menu.

The food, service and atmosphere were all 5 star. Food was piping hot and staff were very attentive, it was my husband's birthday and he chose to have the steak, best steak he's ever had. Would definitely go again if ever in the area

We CAN'T recommend this place highly enough. Incredibly friendly service, incredibly delicious food, a thoroughly enjoyable end to our first holiday leg. It's a shame we didn't visit the restaurant earlier; we all (five completely different people with five different dishes, all of whom were absolutely delighted) would have loved to return to enjoy the delicious food and the lovely atmosphere! An absolute recommendation if you're in the area. Outstanding!

We were there on a Saturday night, the staff was fantastic and the food delicious and generous, catering to my vegetarian and celiac friends. Great atmosphere in the pub too, with music and locals dancing and it felt very inclusive. Sad we were leaving the area, otherwise we'd definitely be back!

We visited Keoghs twice while staying in Ballyconneely. Both times for food. We got wonderful service and delicious food. Portions are very generous. The star of the show for me was the steak sandwich, the best I ever had. It was served with plenty of onion and mushrooms and a delicious mushrooms sauce. We will definitely be back when we are next down in Ballyconneely. Also they are dog friendly in the garden and in the conservatory.
