12/09/2026: I bought a tray of corn and some meat. The meat was very good, but unfortunately the corn was very old and past its best. I only realised this when I tried to cook it. The corn was so old that it wouldn’t soften, even after cooking for a long time. I ended up having to throw the whole tray away. So I paid for the corn, spent money and time cooking it, and ultimately had to waste it. It really wasn’t worth it. I think the freshness and how long products have been on display should be checked more carefully, especially with fresh produce. Customers should be able to trust that the products they are buying are fresh and suitable for consumption.
