Popped in here for a roast beef lunch 🤩🤩 Chef Shaun outdid himself. Food was amazing and promptly delivered by the chatty waiter Keiran jnr, who was full of the craic. Can't recommend this place enough! ❤️❤️

Wonderful and cosy place to stay on our cycling tour through Kerry. We only stayed for one night and genuinely didn’t want to leave. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Kieran Jnr sent us off with brilliant tips for the next stages of our trip and made sure we were leaving well fed with delicious food. Couldn’t recommend this place more — we’d love to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at the Kerry Coast Hotel on the weekend of the 2nd/3rd of May to coincide with the Folk Fest Cahersiveen. From the minute we landed, our wonderful host Geraldine made sure all our needs were looked after and continued to check in with us throughout our stay at the newly refurbished hotel.
The hotel itself is situated in the heart or Cahersiveen town and has the very cosy Franks Bar, with a fantastic few and drinks menu daily. Situated centrally, within walking distance to all local shops, pubs, eateries, which was very handy for the Folk Festival. Just a 5 mins walk brings you to the wonderful marina, with views out over bay to Begnish and Valentia Island.
The rooms have been newly refurbished and finished to a high standard, with relaxing and comfortable decor, spotlessly clean, with a generous bathroom and shower facilities which was very welcome. The food in the old maritime themed bar was a great mix locally caught fresh seafood, the best of Irish beef, as well as tasty lunch bites to suit all tastes. Traditional music in the bar most nights.
As a treat for one of the days, we visited the nearby Cuas Crom beach which is hidden away "over the water" via the old Castlequuin Bridge. The winding road brings you to a secluded beach which has a lovely small inlet for swimming. This is complimented by Skellig Sauna which is located at the beach and we spent an hour enjoying the facilities, looking out the window at the wonderful views, finishing off with a dip in the sea after emerging from the sauna.
Kerry Coast Hotel is a wonderful hidden gem on the Ring of Kerry, having been extensively refurbished to the highest standard, it celebrated its 1st anniversary under new management over the past week and is ideally placed to become a tourist hub over the coming years, as the Greenway starts to bring more holidaymakers to this beautiful South Kerry location.
We will be back again soon,
Paul & Paula.

We stumbled upon this place by chance during our Ireland road trip and were very happy with it. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom large and lovely.
The attached pub offers excellent food and, of course, drinks with live music – and the superb breakfast is also served there.
We felt completely at home!

Popped in today for some lunch with my 4 yr old son. Greeted straight away by Geraldine, so friendly and immediately she gave my son crayons and his menu had pictures to colour, this was a big hit!!! Food was delicious, really fresh, quick and just what we wanted. All staff were so friendly and it had a cosy atmosphere. The bathrooms are exceptional. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and really gorgeous soaps and hand creams. Small touches but they made a big difference. We will definitely be back soon.
