A Reliable Favourite, But Room for Improvement – KFC EastGate, Little Island KFC EastGate has always been one of my go-to spots, and it’s a place I usually enjoy. The food is generally tasty and reliable, and the staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy times. It’s a handy stop when you’re in the area and in the mood for something quick and familiar. However, on my recent visit, the balance of chicken pieces wasn’t great — far too many wings compared to the other cuts. It didn’t take away from the flavour, but it definitely made the meal less satisfying than usual. A small tweak in portion balance would make a big difference. Despite that, KFC remains a favourite and I’ll happily give it another try. When it’s right, it hits the spot, and I’m hopeful the next visit will be back to the standard I’ve come to expect from this location.

Got the stranger thing burger here with my sun am always impressed witht the speed and quality of sit in kfc i leave full and happy every time this kfc is espisualy good if your on the train line

I ordered a BBQ fillet tower box meal from here for my dinner. The service was excellent and very efficient and the staff were very polite and helpful.

kfc eastgate was amazing, the staff were really lovely and helpful, the food tasted fresh and delicious, i think this kfc has the best gravy in the whole cork city.

Employees were very nice and well mannered helped me with the kiosk when I didn't know how to use it. Great service!
