KFC in Galway

Staff here are so nice, I’m a wheelchair user and they go above and beyond to make sure the doors are opened for me, and bring my food to me around the front desk rather than trying to pass it over awkwardly. Had no issues with the food (except one time no krushems available). Happy to keep coming back!

Crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned chicken that never misses. Hot, fresh, fast, and the ultimate comfort food. Mashed potatoes and gravy? Chef's kiss. Always hits the spot 10/10

There is a lot of things this KFC should improve, but what is the worst is the workers there, each time i order i have to check clearly myself if they have packed everything that i ordered, sometimes it's a wing missing or once they forgot to litterly pack 10 wings😱 come on, i don't really think it is that hard to look on the screen and check if everything is in thw pack?. Also i once ordered KFC through Uber eats i think? Yea till this day it didn't come.... Although the food is quite good wings, tenders, burgers, sometimes fries... When i come there to eat at like late hour around 7:00 PM and get fries there they taste like they were sitting in the oil for the whole day, but they do clean alot because i don't see any fries ever laying on the floor or any spilled drinks so that's a plus, what i'll say for sure is that there are deffinetly better KFC's than this one.

Excellent customer service. Were patient with me to customise my order
