Very friendly and happy staff, I can't fault the customer service in anyway here in kk branch, the place is clean and food is always fresh and you are feeling welcomed coming here, I am a customer for almost 4 years and will stay as a customer until the customer service and staff are that good!

3 stars. Food wasnt exactly the nicest in my opinion. Very hard to understand the operator through the drive thru box

I had not eaten at a KFC in years, but I was hungry and needed something in a hurry - so fast food is exactly what I needed. The service was prompt and polite, and the assistant was apologetic when he told me there was no BBQ sauce. The food was absolutely delicious and the premises was clean inside and out. The men's bathroom is tiny with only one cubicle and a door that jams. The atmosphere is about as good as you could expect from somewhere like this - just acceptable. The prices are very fair for the size of the portions, and I can't forget to mention the new Signature Fries are delectable. Recommended.

I mean it’s KFC, it’s gonna be good and standard pretty much across the board. Parter loved the chicken and the sides. I had the vegan option and it was pretty good! Nice and clean, easy to order and the staff were friendly.
