KFC Co Kildare in Newbridge

I'd like to commend the lady staff at the counter during the evening of August 9. She assisted us in retrieving our online takeaway order as we did not receive any confirmation email that would have included our order number yet we were charged accordingly. Glad for the help as it would have been a disastrous night for my kids if they didn't get their fried chicken fix for the weekend. 😅

I regularly order a large meal at the drive-through, but most of the time I'm given what looks like a small portion of fries instead of a large one. It's happened often enough that it feels like a recurring issue. I'm not sure if the staff aren't properly trained or if it's being done intentionally, but it's disappointing to pay for a large meal and not receive the correct portion. I hope management looks into this and ensures customers get what they pay for

Stopped off here on our way home to grab a bit to eat cos we were starving. Everything was gorgeous.
