Flavours to die for, absolutely amazing range of dishes and great that you can either takeaway or eat in at restaurant or you can order Khao in Kepplers Bar downstairs and enjoy a fab meal there too! Well worth a visit.
The taste of the food was lovely, however I ordered the Pad Thai and added chicken. The chicken tasted like tofu and was very rubbery. Other than that it was good
An absolutely unexpected delight of a meal. A lovely little restaurant with some truly delicious food, a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The Chicken Khatsu Curry was absolutely phenomenal and I would definitely recommend.
So, their food is tasty, so we occasionally treat ourselves. You’re better off going to the restaurant as you’ll get great service and good food. However, if you order take out, check your order before leaving as 50% of the time they forget something….and typically it’s a main dish. 😢. As we live a little over 15 minutes outside of Mallow, the hassle of driving 35 minutes to collect and bring our food home, it’s such a hassle to have to go back and drive another 35 to collect whoever’s meal was left behind. Then if everyone else waits to eat so we can all eat together, the food has gone cold. It’s like they’re banking you won’t come back for it, tho they’ve charged you for it. This has happened so many times now that my husband has declared we will no longer eat there unless it’s in restaurant. Which sucks…cuz the food is good.
Did have nice meals here before. The Pho Bo however was quite disappointing. The broth had no flavour. The meat was thick cut rubbery beef. This is not how Pho Bo should look or taste like.
It is an excellent and cozy place.
We have been there three times already.
The curry dishes are divine.
It is close to Tesco and McDonald's car park, which makes it very accessible.
The service is always great.
They were very helpful with our non-carb diet
The food is really good in this place but please be careful about the description of your dishes. When I ordered NOT Spicy Teriyaki Noodles “according to the menu”, I got 2 green hot chili peppers (they where camouflaged in my food). I was really unlucky this time because I eat one of them while I was enjoying my meal.
After 1 hour I felt the real consequences in my stomach (I do not tolerate spicy food so much). My point is that you should be more careful about how you describe your menu because someone with allergies or more affected by spicy food can have a really bad experience.
