Wow the food I must say was amazing , I was looking for a venilue to cater for 30 people and they delivered from start to finish . Very fresh organic veges and everything that was on the menu we got to taste . I must say one of the best restaurants 👌 customer service was excellent. What stood out even more was how the owner of the restaurant was up n doing from serving and making sure everything went OK (Miss Khor) a special shout out and thank you to you . We had a great time and I'll be coming back soon. Thabby

11/08/2023: Well maintained and decent selection of equipment but some of the hours aren't great (and they start asking people to leave 15m before the official closing time) Could do with more power racks, benches for bench press, and deadlift platforms. When space is limited they shouldn't be wasting it on things like a Smith machine. There are better gyms in Cork (fitnessworx is excellent) but I live nearby so the convenience is worth it.
