Good place where you can eat here in Kilkenny. You can try real Irish food for a fair price and it’s close to the castle!

Caesar's Takeaway

05/04/2025: Great service, friendly staff, hot fresh food. Extensive menu with something for everyone. Delivery service is the best in kilkenny, only chipper that I have ordered from that delivers within the timeframe that is given and when the food arrives, it’s hot and the order is correct. Wouldn’t go anywhere else when thinking of burgers and chips.

Nostalgia Cafe

23/07/2025: Waitresses were charming and very hospitable. Location is good and cafe has a pleasant ambiance. Food is passable but would expect somewhat better for the price. Machine coffee no better than Starbucks, chips/fries appeared reheated and tasted of cheap oil, club sandwich quite reasonable. This is a very completive city with better offerings for the money.
21/06/2025: Food was okay, was missing light lunch options. César salad was good, but dressing to heavy. High prices
