The food here was amazing and the rooms are big and lovely beds. The staff are very nice and helpful. One thing that is needed is better signage for the spa and rooms.

Recently stayed here with family on arrival at check in we couldn't check in till until they received full payment. Which was ridiculous as we were a large group and people were going to pay separately however hotel wouldn't agree to this and demanded full payment there and then. First ever to experience this. Hotel like a maze, you have to leave the hotel to go to the spa. Not too good were your just wearing swimsuit and a robe. Food was nice staff were lovely in restaurant and breakfast. Hotel room way to warm didn't sleep a wink all night even with window open. Bathroom could have been more cleaner. Beds are average. It was okay wouldn't recommend the stay to anyone.

This is a beautiful hotel with fabulous staff. They really can't do enough for their guests. The food is amazing. All set in beautiful surroundings. The only down side I found to it is its so large can be a challenge if you have mobility issues.

We went there for afternoon tea. The atmosphere was great, the music absolutely gorgeous, and the service was good. The only thing that I could suggest to improve is to pay more attention to the clients requests: we informed in advance about a series of food allergies the attendees had and we took them by surprise when we ordered the food. Thankfully, they managed to sort something out, however, it could have ruined the soirée
