Very slow on orders. Anytime I go in it's always 30 mins to 1 hour waiting whenever told when ordering..lovely food but very slow

It's gone down hill since I visited it some time before the cod is not as good as it used to be, and I don't appreciate being told what to do by the one member of the staff, as I am, as always courteous and friendly to all, but the rude.
