Konkan in Dublin

Beautiful little Indian restaurant outside the main hubbub of Dublin City centre. It’s small so I recommend booking a table in advance. It’s very nicely decorated and has a lovely cosy atmosphere. Feels like a family run establishment and the staff are all super nice and attentive. The food was gorgeous, full of flavour and just the right amount of spice for my pallet. The presentation was also incredible it looked just as good as it tastes. We had the tasting menu for two which gave a great variety of ingredients and tastes. I love a mango lassie and the one I had in Konkan was probably the best I have ever had. Drove a friend from Drogheda to Dublin and made the most of it by having a date night with my wife. Really happy that we chose this place as it was a perfect date location. Can’t wait for an excuse to come here again, really top class place.

Okayish. Their other branch in Dundrum is 5 star and so much better.

Big portions for great value. My top choice for take-away Indian food.

This was THE BEST Indian food I've had in a very long time (if ever!) Every single dish was spot on, literally wanted to lick the plate clean. Service was fast and mostly attentive (despite it being packed due to the holiday). The atmosphere is lovely, but if they don't have a table available, the food is so good that I would recommend you to get take out!

Reservamos esto casi una semana antes de que quisiéramos comer en una semana por la noche... solo hay 16 asientos en esta joya. Un servidor manejaba hábilmente la habitación y más tarde el propietario llegó y saludó a los comensales y les dio una mano. Nos decidimos en contra de la comida altamente picante ya que estábamos volando de vuelta a casa a la mañana siguiente. Las especias que elegimos eran complejas y sorprendentes - - - acabamos de bajar el tono de la pimienta. Al igual que con otros restaurantes indios, quieres compartir para que puedas probar tantos platos como puedas. Así que sin duda planificar con antelación - también habíamos considerado Pepinillo que está cerca, pero que era imposible de reservar. La ubicación está al sur de Patrick's Park en una zona residencial. Muy seguro para caminar.
