La Caverna in Dublin

We are here during our stay in Dublin and the food was wonderful. I don't think we had a reservation so sat upstairs and not in the better celler area.

Well, in my opinion the food was very delicious but a little expensive. The place is really very cool. I understand that it is the center, well that's my opinion.

I think the best restaurant in dublin ! Amazing experience! I really recommend it , a bit pricy but it worths!

Top restaurant in the heart of Dublin, if you want to try quality Italian pasta this is your place with delicious pizzas, very friendly and attentive staff, even without a reservation and with everything full they did their best to accommodate us at a table 100% recommended :)

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles from all staff members which was such a great start to our company Christmas lunch! We were seated in the stunning tunnel-looking room (edit - which I now learned from the owner it is actually a cellar, duh 🤦‍♀️😂) which felt so cozy and was so quiet - perfect setting for our group. The service was excellent. The staff checked in with us regularly, always making sure everything was ok. The food was incredible! Not only was it delicious but it was also beautifully plated with such care and attention to detail. You could tell the chefs really put their hearts into it. I also really loved that the food only came out once everyone's order was complete. We were able to enjoy the meal together instead of waiting on different orders. If I had to be picky, one thing that wasn't exactly ideal was that our table was right at the entrance of the cellar. Since it was a big table (10 people), people from other tables had to squeeze by, which could be quite annoying especially for those sitting on the edge having to pull their chair in every time someone walked by. That being said, the overall experience was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic. I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend La Caverna!

Good food and the wine was excellent. Restaurant was short handed but it was ok. The location is great and it has multiple floors. We had the penne dish and it was very good. Pricing was reasonable for Dublin.

This place is right on the edge of the Temple Bar so we were surprised to see it deserted at One PM on a Friday, but needn't have worried - an excellent Pizza and although a little expensive at 24 Euro not bad for the price. Good selection of wines and very nice waitress.
