Seriously good super Italian fare - just the way Mamma would make it aah - limited seating - maybe have to wait for a table or not get one - so reserve ahead.

Alessandro made us feel like home. Would definitely visit again. Make sure you book your table beforehand, as the restaurant is small and cozy!

First of all: Many people write that the boss is unfriendly - I couldn't confirm that with my visit. He was very accommodating and attentive. I made a reservation in advance over the phone and that wasn't a problem. The conversations were always friendly! To the restaurant: I don't understand the hype. My truffle ravioli was okay but not particularly good. The portion was small and not enough for the price. My friend's gnocchi were really tasty and that's why it gets 3 stars. If you want to drink something other than wine, you have to bring it with you. There is wine - lots of types of wine. No cola, no other soft drinks, not even sparkling water. There is tap water. But this is also regularly refilled in a very friendly manner. What struck me negatively was the dishes. It seems as if grandma dumped the old dishes and used them to open a restaurant. In my opinion, anyone who believes in premium and hype should have suitable plates or at least. Offer water glasses. The restaurant is small and hidden and indeed seems like an insider tip. But in my opinion it didn't deliver what it tried to portray.

I can not wait to go back to this restaurant! We had such an amazing culinary experience here! I was super sceptical about going here as I was not sure its worth the hype. I am so greatful I gave it a try even if it was not easy to get a reservation. You have to think about it like a family restaurant, with limited space and few options on the menu. But everything that they have its top quality authentic food.

Authentic and delicious Italian food served simply,letting the ingredients and cooking speak for themselves. The gnocchi were light and airy and the front of house manager was attentive but not overly so. Will definitely be back!

Great authentic Italian cuisine! The portions could be a bit bigger, though. Also, it's a small place, so I'd suggesti making a reservation in advance.

Best italian food in Dublin and excellents wines. No doubt. A hidden gem.
